| Sealed Search Warrant By: James Clark Here is a copy of the search warrant served at City Hall. Copies of a sealed search warrant were passed out to the news media at roughly 4:30 pm at City Hall. (See links below.) It reveals the FBI agents are looking for documents that pertain to conspiracy, false statements, wire fraud, and health care fraud. It names the Parker Group by name. Go to Search and do a search of the NewsRadio1420.com archive for the name Ted Parker for background. It also names Jim White and Jim White Insurance. Parker and White are friends. It is our understanding that they also have a business relationship. The warrant also names two companies that were adverse to Parker: Wachovia Insurance Services and the Sanford Insurance Agency. The FBI also sought information related to bids (possible bid rigging) and all conflict of interest statements by city council members from 2002 to the present. The FBI also wants information pertaining to information that was leaked from City Hall in October 2006. That leak might have been illegal. The FBI also wants records of every city council vote on the health plan or “health consultant” from 2000 to the present. In other words they’re looking into Ted Parker. But they’re also looking into the companies that were adverse to Parker as the city sought to replace him. Page 1 of 10 (opens a jpeg in a new window). Page 2 of 10 (opens a jpeg in a new window).
