The husband of Louetta Kay Harrelson fought back tears as he spoke to news reporters at the Lubbock police dept. "She does take high blood pressure medicine, and she needs it daily," said Danny Harrelson. "Our family is of limited means but we do want to offer a 25-thousand dollar reward for the safe return of Kay and the arrest and conviction of person or persons involved in her dissappearance." Harrelson and Peggy Sue Merrimon both dissappeared last Wednesday from work. They were last seen with an older white man.
